Between two beautiful pieces of Red Cedar is a mixed purple and gold epoxy.  We also cut out handles rather than attaching metal ones to this board. 
To finish it off, we used food safe oil to not only protect and liven the wood and epoxy, but to also allow someone to use this board for its purpose safely. You can put your spread on this charcuterie board confidently knowing FDA approved oil has been used. 
The charcuterie board roughly measures 12"x16".
